Tab Trade — What It Is
TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It says the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys went the other way. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For a broker that is a few months old, that range is solid.
The Software
You get: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Getting both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently coming. That will round things out when it arrives.
Costs
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not for typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is the thing Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform quote a much wider range.
Does this affect you? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. The point is they invested in proper execution. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering holds up. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
Regulation
This is the thing that matters. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Dodgy operations do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It should inform your assessment.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual sign-up bonus. You fund your account, they top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you commit.
